🌍 Delivery Countries
We currently ship to the following countries:

- 🇮🇹 Italy
- 🇮🇪 Ireland

🕐 Shipping
Shipped within 2–4 business days.
Shipping during busy periods (holidays, promotions) may take slightly longer.
💶 Shipping Rates
✨ Free shipping on orders over €60 in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and €75 in France and Germany ✨
For Italy, Spain, and Ireland, shipping is €9.95, regardless of the order amount. There is no free shipping available for these countries.

🏦 Customs & Additional Fees
Within the EU
No customs duties are charged for orders within the European Union. VAT is not applicable. The customer does not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Outside the EU
We currently only ship within the EU. Should this change in the future, we will inform you in a timely manner.
🔁 Returns & Refused Packages
Returns (General)
If an order is returned by the customer, the conditions as described in our return policy apply. Shipping costs are only refunded if legally required or if expressly stated otherwise.
Refused packages & uncollected shipments
When an order is refused upon delivery or not collected from a pickup point, the full responsibility remains with the buyer. The following costs are not refunded:
- Original shipping costs
- Return or re-shipping costs
- Administrative or clearance fees
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As an EU consumer, you have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. In accordance with the law, the costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the consumer, unless stated otherwise.
