🏦 Customs & Additional Costs

Within the EU

For orders within the European Union, no customs duties are charged. VAT is included in the sales price. The customer does not have to pay any additional costs upon delivery.

Outside the EU

We currently only deliver within the EU. Should this change in the future, we will inform you in good time.

🔁 Returns & Refused Packages

Returns (general)

If an order is returned by the customer, the conditions as described in our return policy apply. Shipping costs will only be refunded if legally required or explicitly stated otherwise.

Refused packages & unclaimed shipments

When an order is refused upon delivery or not collected from a pick-up point, full responsibility remains with the buyer. The following costs are not refunded:

Original shipping costs
Return or re-shipping costs
Administration or customs clearance costs

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The costs for return shipping are borne by the consumer in accordance with the law, unless stated otherwise.
