How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Upon receipt of your order, your bundle will be carefully assembled and shipped. Please allow for the following delivery times:

• 🇳🇱🇫🇷🇩🇪🇱🇺 Neighboring countries (NL, FR, DE, LU): 5 to 8 business days
• 🇦🇹🇮🇹🇪🇸🇮🇪🇩🇰🇸🇪 Europe (AT, IT, ES, IE, DK, SE): 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times during busy periods (holidays, promotions) may be slightly longer.

Is it possible to order a bundle as a gift?

📦 Shipping, customs & additional costs

Shipping within the European Union (EU)

For orders delivered within the European Union:

• No customs duties will be charged.
• VAT will be applied according to applicable EU rules and is included in the sales price.
• The customer does not have to pay any additional costs upon delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise in advance.

Shipping outside the European Union (non-EU)

We currently only deliver within the EU. Should this change in the future, we will inform you in due course.

🔁 Returns & refused packages

Returns (general)

If an order is returned by the customer, the conditions described in our return policy apply. Shipping costs will only be refunded if legally required or explicitly stated otherwise.

Refused packages & undeliverable shipments

When an order is refused upon delivery or not collected from a pick-up point, full responsibility remains with the buyer. The following costs will not be refunded:

• Original shipping costs
• Return or re-shipping costs
• Administration or customs clearance fees

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have the legal right of withdrawal for 14 days. The costs for return shipping are, by law, borne by the consumer, unless stated otherwise.
