What are the shipping rates?

How long does the processing and shipping of my order take?

After receiving your order, your bundle will be carefully assembled and shipped. Shipped within 2–4 business days.

Shipping during busy periods (holidays, promotions) may take slightly longer.

Is it possible to order a bundle as a gift?

📦 Shipping, customs & additional costs

Shipping within the European Union (EU)

For orders delivered within the European Union:

• No customs duties are charged.
• VAT not applicable.
• The customer does not have to pay any additional costs upon delivery, unless expressly stated in advance.

Shipping outside the European Union (non-EU)

We currently only deliver within the EU. Should this change in the future, we will inform you in time.

🔁 Returns & refused packages

Returns (general)

If an order is returned by the customer, the conditions as described in our return policy apply. Shipping costs are only refunded if this is legally required or expressly stated otherwise.

Refused packages & uncollected shipments

When an order is refused upon delivery or not picked up at a pickup point, the full responsibility remains with the buyer. The following costs are not refunded:

• Original shipping costs
• Return or re-shipping costs
• Administrative or customs clearance fees

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. In accordance with the law, the costs for return shipping are borne by the consumer, unless stated otherwise.
