2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our webshop. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of your order is binding.
4. Order and payment
Orders will be processed after receipt of payment. We accept the payment methods offered through our webshop. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Delivery
We strive to dispatch orders within the stated delivery period. Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the buyer to compensation in case of delay. The risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without stating any reason (in accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). Please contact us via our contact form to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Warranty and complaints
We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement. In case of defects or complaints, you can contact us via our contact form. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.
9. Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium. As a consumer, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
11. Shipping, customs & additional costs
Shipping within the European Union (EU)
For orders delivered within the European Union:
- No customs duties will be charged.
- VAT will be applied according to applicable EU rules and is included in the sales price (in accordance with the EU VAT e-commerce package).
- The customer does not have to pay any additional costs upon delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise in advance.
Shipping outside the European Union (non-EU)
We currently only deliver within the EU. Should this change in the future, we will inform you in due course.
12. Returns & refused packages
Returns (general)
If an order is returned by the customer, the conditions described in our return policy apply. Shipping costs will only be refunded if legally required or explicitly stated otherwise.
Refused packages & uncollected shipments
When an order is refused upon delivery or not collected from a pick-up point, full responsibility remains with the buyer. The following costs will not be refunded:
- original shipping costs
- any return or re-shipping costs
- costs imposed by carriers
- administration or customs clearance costs
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
This clause does not affect the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers within the European Union. However, in accordance with the law, the costs for return shipping remain the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise stated.
