2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements via our webshop. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are stated in euros (€). VAT not applicable. We reserve the right to change prices. The price that applies at the moment of your order is binding.
4. Order and payment
Orders are processed after receipt of payment. We accept the payment methods offered via our webshop. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Delivery
We aim to ship orders within the stated delivery period. Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the buyer to compensation in the event of a delay. The risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (in accordance with Book VI of the Code of Economic Law). Please contact us via our contact form to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Warranty and complaints
We guarantee that our products conform to the agreement. In case of defects or complaints, you can contact us via our contact form. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.
9. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium. As a consumer, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. The most recent version is always available on our website.
11. Shipping, customs & additional costs
Shipping within the European Union (EU)
For orders delivered within the European Union:
- No customs duties are charged.
- VAT not applicable.
- The customer does not have to pay any additional costs upon delivery, unless explicitly stated in advance.
Shipping outside the European Union (non-EU)
We currently only deliver within the EU. Should this change in the future, we will inform you in a timely manner.
12. Returns & refused packages
Returns (general)
If an order is returned by the customer, the terms and conditions as described in our return policy apply. Shipping costs are only refunded if this is legally required or expressly stated otherwise.
Refused packages & uncollected shipments
When an order is refused upon delivery or not collected from a pick-up point, full responsibility remains with the buyer. The following costs are not refunded:
- original shipping costs
- any return or re-shipping costs
- costs imposed by carriers
- administration or customs clearance fees
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
This clause does not affect the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers within the European Union. However, in accordance with the law, the costs for return shipping remain at the consumer's expense, unless stated otherwise.
